We completed three in-person sales trips, including New York and California, signing two clients on the spot.
We hosted our first in-person leadership retreat.
We separated Accounts and Operations to strengthen delivery at scale.
And behind every milestone? Our people.
Our Ops team kept workshops running smoothly at record volume.
Accounts managed our largest client portfolio with precision and care.
Sales drove expansion into New York, reaching 90% of the annual revenue goal in-market.
HR scaled hiring by 50% across departments while supporting a growing network of 280 chefs.
Teachers, including a 331% increase in chef teachers in New York alone.
