It’s my birthday

As I reach for my morning coffee (today is Organic Sumatra from a local roaster made in an Aeropress) it hits me as I realize it’s my birthday.  I’m 33, and life is going very well.

Today I’ll be working in the morning and enjoying the rest of the afternoon off.  My girlfriend is taking me out to dinner, but when I where we’re going she just says “McDonalds” and grins.  Why do people like to mess with me today?  And more importantly, should my attire for this mystery restaurant be a Navy blue suit or flip flops?

Speaking of birthdays, as of today we are launching our NEW Cooking Birthday Party

==>  Experience The Best Birthday Party (or Private Culinary Lesson) for Your Kids

Parents have been asking us constantly if we do birthday parties and we’ve offered parties in the past.  The problems were that they became too laborious and turned more into catering gigs.  They were engaging and hands-on, but we’ve subtracted all of the extraneous elements to present three top-notch experiences.

A birthday party through LIFT Enrichment is:

  • Fun and interactive
  • Features delicious, homemade foods (see below)
  • Has the best Chef Teachers to make sure the day goes smooth from start to finish.

What sounds better for your child and friends to experience at a cooking party:  Homemade Pizzas, Sushi Rolls From Scratch, or Fresh Fettuccine Pasta With Delicious Sauces?

We have a limited amount of Chef Teachers to service these parties, so book your party NOW before we have no spots when your child’s birthday is a month away.

Our goal is to make this the easiest and most stress-free party you and your child has ever had.

I’m sure you’ve been in those moments trying to organize 14 kids at your home and you’re worried things will get dirty and out of place.  Kids are running around and without good entertainment they could mess up your home.

With us, a Chef Teacher arrives, takes care of all the prep and then proceeds to guide kids through making pizzas from scratch.  The dough is homemade, the zesty marinara is from scratch and we only use high-quality mozzarella.  Kids gather around to roll out the dough balls and top each pizza just the way they like, some with pepperoni and others with fresh basil and Parmesan.

The pizzas head to the oven and the kitchen smells amazing.  As the pizzas cook, the Chef guides kids through making a delicious Caesar salad with a creamy Lemon-Parmesan dressing.  They make homemade croutons and create a beautiful Salad Bar.

Up next the kids work on the making  a Sundae bar with homemade fudge, freshly whipped cream, vanilla ice cream and all the fixings.

A loud DING comes from the oven, as the pizzas are ready.

The aroma of pizza fills the room as kids are served a tasty pizza with a side salad.  They eat and smile, the only time they’re actually calm.

Afterwards, kids load up on the Sundae bar, sing happy birthday and say goodbye.  They’ve left a mess, but our Chef is READY to clean it up for you.

As the parent, you can relax and hang out with your child as presents are opened.

Our Chef cleans the whole kitchen, making sure that all sinks, talbes and floors have no trace of a cooking party.

And with that, the Chef is gone and your kids is happy as a clam.

That’s a Cooking birthday with LIFT Enrichment.

I’m off to a Sales & Marketing meeting and then will edit some culinary videos for you in the upcoming weeks.

Have a great Tuesday

Best,
Chef Eric
