Chef Daniel Shemtob is the Founder of TLT (The Lime Truck) restaurants, Hatch Yakitori in Downtown Los Angeles, Snibbs, a shoe brand for professionals on their feet all day and more!  He also won the “Great Food Truck Race” in 2011.  I’ve known Dan for over 2 years through the Entrepreneur Organization of Los Angeles, where he has helped provide valuable mentorship for my business.
