Last Tuesday we offered our first EVER virtual cooking class and here’s what happened:

We had dozens of families signup, with a handful that attended.  The recipe was one of our favorites of all-time: “Pasta alla Primavera” (aka Pasta with spring vegetables including bell pepper, onions, peas and zucchini.  The sauce is light, creamy and flavorful (with some special “chef hacks” to give it the texture of a cream sauce without all the extra fat)

Click this link here to get the recipe, and watch the replay so you can make this at home

The lesson starts with me doing a quick overview of our VIP program the Kids Can Cook Inner Circle, and then Chef Jennifer joins to teach the recipe.  At the end, I saw families enjoying the pasta dish they made!

I also included a special offer (and discount!) for joining our monthly subscription program, the Kids Can Cook Inner Circle.  It features a once a week (Wed at 4pm) LIVE virtual cooking class so you and your kids can make a healthy dinner together.  You get 5 of those per month.

You also get a monthly live GOURMET cooking class with me, where we make a full meal made up of 4 lessons.  Example:  July’s “Italiano dinner” with Crispy chicken milanese, Spaghetti aglio e olio, Sauteed Spinach and showstopping Tiramisu.

In essence, it’s 9 lessons a month where your kids are learning to make amazing dinners and bonding with you in the kitchen.  It’s usually $97 a month, but we’ve got a special offer to join this week at a discount.
