In the past year, we have experienced significant growth within our team.
In Q3 of 2023, we had approximately 75 instructors and 10 internal team members. Today, we have expanded to a team of 210 instructors and 25 internal team members.
With this growth, we have encountered several challenges. As our instructor team grew, it became increasingly difficult to manage everyone effectively. Despite having 4 recruiters for hiring, 3 onboarders responsible for training, an operations director managing the team, and constant administrative support from our office, we realized it was time to enhance our HR Department.
Recently, we welcomed Noelle Brooks, an incredible addition to our team, as our HR Director. Noelle coordinates hiring, training, and management of our amazing team of instructors.
Here’s an intro from Noelle:
Hi everyone! I’m Noelle Brooks, the HR Director here at LIFT Enrichment. I’m incredibly excited to be a part of the LIFT Enrichment team and use my background and experience in education to further develop and improve our program.
I’ve been working in education for the past 7 years as a teacher, director, and curriculum developer for different companies both in the US and Latin America. I love working in education in different capacities and supporting students across the world. Working with LIFT Enrichment has been such a fulfilling experience due to their unique mission of making healthy cooking FUN for children.
Fun fact: I’ve been living in Mexico for the past 6 years where I’ve taught English from the elementary level to the university level. I’m originally from St. Louis, Missouri but moved to southern Mexico after receiving a Fulbright grant. I fell in love with the country and haven’t left since!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling to different cities in Mexico, and trying new restaurants.
I’m excited to see our program grow even more and to get to know more of our wonderful clients and chef teachers!
