This is a classic Greek lunch on the go. It has delicious Mediterranean flavors with marinated chicken breast tucked into tasty pita bread.

Ingredients
1.25 lbs chicken breast, skinless & boneless, chopped into bite-size pieces
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
Ā¼ cup onion, sliced
2 cups Greek yogurt (Non or Low Fat)
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 lemons
4 Pita bread
1 large cucumber
Ā¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Dried Oregano
Kosher salt & pepper

Directions
In a large bowl mix together 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp salt, 1 Tbs olive oil, 1 Tbs red wine vinegar, juice of 1 lemon, pepper and mix.Ā Season the chicken on each side with salt and pepper, then add to the yogurt and let marinate for 10-30 minutes.
In a large pan over high heat, add 1 Tbs olive oil, a batch of the chicken and sautĆ© for 4-5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on all sides. Ā Do not crowd the pan and do not stir often so the chicken can brown nicely. Ā If you do, it will release its juices and boil instead of brown. Set aside chicken in a clean bowl. Ā Wipe pan with a paper towel and repeat 2 more times with remaining chicken.
Meanwhile, make the tzatziki.Ā Grate an entire cucumber.Ā Use your hands to squeeze out the extra water.Ā In a bowl add 1 cup yogurt and add the squeeze cucumber, dill, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp salt, 1 Tbs olive oil, juice of 1 lemon and mix well.Ā Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.Ā Ideally let this refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

Warm your pita bread in the microwave or on a dry pan over medium heat.Ā Add the cooked chicken, tomato, onion and tzatziki.Ā You can use tin foil or butcher paper to wrap it up like a sandwich so it stays together and enjoy!Ā
