LIFT Enrichment is an after-school enrichment program specializing in providing healthy culinary in-person workshops to Title-1 schools across California, New York, and Texas. With over 14 years of experience, we currently teach more than 17,00 students every week.
We believe in empowering kids by teaching them the valuable skill of cooking-one that will serve them for life. Our workshops are not only engaging but also educational, combining hands-on cooking with lessons about the cultural and nutritional significane of each recipie
